In 1967, Sonny and Julie Arguinzoni were led by God to start a ministry dedicated to reaching the hurting people of the worlds' inner cities. We began in a small building on Gless St. in the heart of East Los Angeles, and began reachingout to the surrounding areas. From those humble beginnings more than forty years ago, God has developed a worldwide ministry still dedicated to the original vision. Yet our vision has expanded from just reaching drug addicts and gang members, to impacting people from all walks of life. Today Sonny and Julie continue to inspire the work locally and lead the ministry internationally.
Victory Outreach is the recognized leader in the field of sustainable transformational ministry. Since 1967, we have helped thousands of people take control of their lives. From our simple beginning, we have grown into an international organization, carrying the hope and message of Jesus Christ to the four corners of the earth.
Throughout the years, we have strived for excellence. We have reorganized our corporate structure to enhance administration and facilitate growth. We have provided state of the art training for our pastoral staff and leadership, and have raised the expectations of our staff to new levels of proficiency. We have taken steps to make sure the legacy of Victory Outreach continues for generations to come. VICTORY OUTREACH Church Of Las Vegas
Pastor Benny and Evelyn Jaques received salvation from God over 30 years ago, breaking free from a lifestyle of drug addiction and crime that had landed them both in various correctional institutions. After many years of serving in ministry at their home church in Southern California, Benny and Evelyn felt the call of God to begin pastoring a church of their own. In November of 1991, God sent this grateful couple to the city of Las Vegas to duplicate the miracle He had accomplished in their lives. Pastor Benny and Sister Evelyn settled at 500 N. 28th St. with only a promise from God, "What I have done in your life, I am going to use you to do the same in other people's lives!" Victory Outreach Church of Las Vegas has been in existence for over 30 years and has been instrumental in the restoration of broken lives of countless drug addicts, gang members, and hurting families all over the greater Las Vegas Valley. He and his wife are both regional pastors that oversee a number of other churches in the Nevada Region. Victory Outreach Church of Las Vegas is recognized by many community and city officials as a lighthouse where people can find refuge and find purpose for their lives!
