New Here?
We are a church that believes in the transforming power of Jesus Christ. Victory Outreach was founded to reach the hurting, the broken, and the lost — and that mission has never changed. No matter where you've been or what you've been through, there is a place for you here.

Our Leadership
Pastor Benny and Evelyn Jaques have faithfully led Victory Outreach Las Vegas with a heart for the lost and the broken. Their ministry is rooted in compassion, faith, and a relentless passion for seeing lives transformed by the power of Jesus Christ.
Together, they have built a church family that reflects the love of God — a place where every person is welcomed, valued, and discipled.
